Hain Celestial Announces Agreement With Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. to Introduce Exclusive New Martha Stewart-Branded 'Green' Home Cleaning Solutions

(Nasdaq: HAIN), a leading natural and organic products company, today announced a license agreement with Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (NYSE: MSO) to offer a new Martha Stewart-branded line of natural home cleaning solutions.
In collaboration with the Martha Stewart design team, Hain Celestial will develop the products for this line, which are planned to be primarily derived from plants and minerals to create a clean and natural home and workplace environment.
